written quotation or estimate, along with alternative prices for using stock materials if savings can be made.<o:p> </o:p> </p> <p>Part of our service is to give free technical advice and material recommendations for specific areas of use.<o:p> </o:p> </p> <p>We are able to test for any moisture problems, such as the suitability of newly laid screeds and offer solutions, i.e. epoxy surface membranes which will allow the floor coverings to be installed over damp sub-floors on old buildings or new fast-track projects.<o:p> </o:p> </p> <p>Most sheet flooring products can be formed up around the walls to a height of around 150mm using pvc cove formers and by thermo-welding all seams, joints and mitres with matching weld rod so as to make a totally impervious self formed coved floor Flooring Company undertakes installation of all types of contract decorative flooring from simple inset borders to water jet cut logo’s and pictures.<o:p> </o:p> </p> <p>We are approved Amtico decorative flooring contractors and offer the full range of wood, stone and metallic effect floor coverings along with all special inset pattern borders and decorative strips.<o:p> </o:p> </p> <p>We carry in stock an extensive range of heavy duty contract quality, wood effect vinyl floor planking which is suitable for cmmercial and heavy domestic use.<o:p> </o:p> </p> <p>The planking can be installed with a separate two plank border with a metallic effect feature strip around its inner edge and with the centre laid diagonally – this looks very effective and adds very little cost to the job.<o:p> </o:p> </p> <p><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>This planking is virtually maintenance free and can be used in Bathrooms and Kitchens – unlike inferior ‘Wood’ laminate flooring which
